Condolence & Memory Journal

Carol and family,

Just heard of Jerry's passing today. Still in shock as I am sure you are too.
He always had a very warm smile when ever I saw him. May God be with you and your family in this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Jerry was a wonderful man. You have our heart felt condolences and prayers for the family.

My fondest memory is visiting with Isaac and Jennifer over Christmas when Isaac was still very young... Jerry and the entire family were so welcoming to us and we enjoyed a true family atmosphere on a very special day. We will always hold fond memories in our hearts.

I always enjoyed talking with Jerry at family gatherings, and hearing about his motorcycle stories. My sincere condolences to Carol and the rest of the family.

Hello, Carol and family,
While I am saddened by Jerry's sudden death, I an only imagine how you must be feeling. Yet, I keep thinking. "Atta boy, Jerry! What a way to go!" How lucky we have all been to have this good guy in our lives! I'm pretty positive I've never seen a more patient husband listen to his wife reminisce about the good ol' days with her childhood friends, Carol. May memories of the good times you shared with Jerry bring a smile to your lips and a song to your heart when you need it most!

Carol, call me if you need anything. Meanwhile, know Ron and I are thinking of you,

Even though we have not lived in Iowa for quite some time we have so many past happy memories of time shared with Jerry, Carol & the kids. He was genuine friend & good neighbor. We pray that God brings his consoling grace to Carol & Jason, Marc & Angie. We send our heartfelt condolences to you all. Wish we were able to bring you our hugs in person. God keep you in his loving embrace.

My deepest sympathies to Carol, Jason, Marcus and Angie. It's been many years since we lived next to you. I've so enjoyed seeing pictures of the house, the cattle, the dogs, and most of all the family. Hopefully you can find peace in these memories, and soon they will bring smiles back to your faces.
